ph22app Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an account on ph22app, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR for online gambling participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from ph22app or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or contractor of ph22app, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

ph22app reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to pass verification within the timeframe specified by ph22app may be suspended or permanently closed.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ph22app. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts and the permanent closure of all such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph22app account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ph22app will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your ph22app account.
• You must notify ph22app immediately at support at ph22app.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• ph22app will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach as required above.

ph22app reserves the right to suspend any account where unusual activity, potential fraud, or security concerns are detected. In such cases, ph22app will contact you via the email address registered to your account with instructions for account reinstatement, which may include additional identity verification requirements.

All financial transactions on ph22app are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph22app does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet provider) may apply their own charges, for which ph22app bears no responsibility.

Deposits:

• Deposits are processed instantly or within the standard processing window of your chosen payment method.
• Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the ph22app cashier section at the time of transaction.
• ph22app reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit if required for anti-money laundering compliance.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud review prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds on ph22app, consistent with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) business day; bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• ph22app reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. See Section 5 for full Bonus Terms.

All games available on ph22app are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by independently audited third-party game suppliers. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by ph22app or by any player.

• Each game available on ph22app has individual rules that govern gameplay. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing any wager.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction during a game round, ph22app will resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. Malfunctions void all pays and plays unless otherwise determined by the game provider.
• ph22app reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed due to a technical error or pricing error, or placed in breach of these Terms.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, and any other form of advantage play that disrupts fair competition is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
• ph22app's decisions on game disputes are final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described in Section 11.

ph22app offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 5.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and, where applicable, any associated deposit funds must be wagered the required number of times before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Bonuses not utilised within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• ph22app reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations on accepted bonuses will be honoured.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on games outside the permitted category will not count toward wagering requirements.
• ph22app reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph22app platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Creating or operating more than one ph22app account.
• Accessing or attempting to access ph22app from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, error, or malfunction in any game or platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or match-fixing in any game on ph22app.
• Using ph22app for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph22app staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures through the creation of new accounts.

ph22app is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its players. We believe gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously.

• Age Restriction: ph22app strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of forty-eight (48) hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of ph22app.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic notifications reminding them how long they have been playing and their net gaming position during the session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months). During this period, the account cannot be reactivated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from ph22app. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.

All content on the ph22app platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of ph22app or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph22app platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ph22app.
• The ph22app name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph22app. You may not use them without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph22app's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ph22app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• ph22app does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• ph22app is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

ph22app reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any time.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity, including suspected money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.
• Determination by ph22app that the player poses a risk to the platform's integrity or the safety of other players.

Upon termination for cause, ph22app may forfeit any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML review.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting ph22app support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of ph22app, you should first contact our customer support team directly. ph22app is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

• All dispute submissions must be made in writing to ph22app support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this deadline may not be considered.
• ph22app will acknowledge all written dispute submissions within three (3) business days and aim to provide a final determination within fourteen (14) business days.
• Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the player and ph22app, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's published player dispute resolution procedures.
• The player and ph22app agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve disputes before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars in force from time to time.

Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. By using ph22app, you irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.

ph22app reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph22app will notify registered players via email and/or a notification within the platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of ph22app following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ph22app and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
